As coisas começam a se encaixar na Câmara Federal, com a tramitação simultânea de dois projetos estratégicos para anistiar o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro da condenação sofrida no tribunal Superior Eleitoral e evitar que responda a outros processos.
Nessa direção caminham simultaneamente um projeto de lei que propõe anistiar os envolvidos nos ataques de 8 de janeiro de 2023 e uma outra proposta bem empoeirada, que o PT apresentou na época da Lava Jato para proibir delações premiadas e salvar corruptos e corruptores.
VÁRIAS PROPOSTAS – No caso da anistia, o texto é uma das várias propostas na Câmara e apensa duas versões: uma de Marcelo Crivella (Republicanos-RJ) e outra do Major Vitor Hugo (PL-GO). Se for aprovado pelo Congresso, livrará todos os envolvidos em “manifestações com motivação política e/ou eleitoral” realizadas a partir de 30 de outubro de 2022.
A proposta também abrange pessoas que apoiaram atos “por quaisquer meios”, incluindo contribuições, doações, transporte e publicações nas redes sociais.
O relator desse projeto multiautoral é o deputado Rodrigo Valadares (União-SE), que tem formação em Direito e fez questão de esclarecer que pretende buscar solução para todos os investigados, o que inclui o ex-presidente Bolsonaro e o tenente-coronel Mauro Cid.
SOLUÇÃO PARA TODOS – “Eu não tenho direcionamento em dar um relatório para anistiar casos menores ou casos maiores. Estamos iniciando uma construção. A nossa intenção, volto a dizer, isso eu digo de maneira clara, é dar uma solução para todos os casos. E não absolver alguns casos e outros não”, afirmou o deputado em entrevista ao programa Bastidores, da CNN, na sexta-feira (dia 7).
Avançando na explicação, Valadares disse que não será analisado o mérito do projeto de lei nem suas implicações políticas. “Nós iremos analisar apenas a constitucionalidade, a juridicidade e a boa técnica legislativa daquele projeto e dos apensados”, disse, assinalando que a anistia é uma questão do plenário.
O relator destacou também que não há qualquer novidade na anistia, um benefício republicano previsto constitucionalmente e já concedido anteriormente. “Tudo aquilo que nós iremos discutir, dialogar, já existe precedente jurídico.”
216 CONDENADOS – Até o momento, 216 pessoas já foram condenadas pelos atos antidemocráticos em processos julgados pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
Segundo reportagem de Renata Souza e Tainá Falcão, da CNN, a Procuradoria-Geral da República já apresentou cerca de 1,4 mil denúncias relacionadas ao 8 de janeiro. E foram fechados, até o momento, 203 acordos com réus acusados de crimes menos graves.

P.S. 1 – Ao mesmo tempo, por determinação do presidente Arthur Lira, saiu da gaveta o projeto que proíbe delação premiada. É coisa antiga, foi apresentado pelo PT, mas também cabe certinho no figurino do PL e do Centrão. O ex-presidente Bolsonaro engordou um pouco, mas ainda cabe nele. Juntando com a anistia, fica bom para todos, porque atende até aos interesses de Lula da Silva, que prefere enfrentar Bolsonaro do que Tarcísio de Freitas ou mesmo Michelle na sucessão de 2026, na qual Lula chegará já exaurido, com prazo de validade vencido. O marqueteiro do Planalto tenta apresentar Lula como um atleta, mas na foto dele no Rio Grande Sul, há dois dias, a proeminência da barriga presidencial mostra outra realidade. (C.N.)
